Verify identity domains and enable private service discovery.

Verify an identity domain#

  1. Open Settings → Domains and add the organization domain.
  2. Publish the provided DNS TXT record with your DNS provider.
  3. Return to Console and complete verification.

A verified domain can be used for SSO enforcement and available service suffixes.

Enable service discovery#

  1. Open Settings → DNS.
  2. Enable Service Discovery.
  3. Choose the private suffix and automatic-name behavior.
  4. Review generated records and save.
  5. Confirm each published service has the intended DNS name.

This DNS feature resolves names for private services. It is not Secure Web DNS filtering and does not decide whether a user may reach a service; access policy still applies.

If a name is absent, confirm DNS is enabled, the service was saved, and its generated or explicit name is valid.
