In the world of Zero Trust (ZTNA), the architecture is "Never trust, always verify." It’s the most secure way to build a network, but it’s the least effective way to lead a team.
At PulseHA, we flip the script. We build Zero Trust technology, but we run on a High-Trust Protocol. We believe that to build the world’s most resilient security products, you need a collective of high-performers who are trusted, supported, and respected as unique individuals. We don't watch the clock; we watch the impact.
What you’ll do
We are looking for an experienced HR leader to act as the architect of our human systems. You will oversee all People functions globally, ensuring we "do it right" by our team and the varying regulatory landscapes we operate in.What we offer
- Work from anywhere — truly flexible, not “remote, but please be online 9–6 in one timezone.” We care about outcomes, not locations.
- No-meeting Fridays - protected time for deep work, learning, or logging off early.
- A 4-week paid company shutdown — everyone rests at the same time, no inbox anxiety, no catching up when you return.Annual company retreat — an intentional few days together somewhere memorable, focused on connection, alignment, and having a genuinely good time.
- Radical transparency — open strategy, clear expectations, and honest conversations. We believe trust is built through clarity.
- Global HR Foundations: You will own the full HR lifecycle—from clear, fair employment agreements to payroll oversight and international compliance. You’ll ensure our administrative foundations are as reliable as our technology, providing peace of mind for our team, wherever they are in the world.
- Champion of the Staff Voice: You will ensure that the people doing the work are the ones shaping how the work gets done. You’ll be responsible for making staff feedback an integral part of our decision-making.
- Equitable Flexibility: You will navigate the balance between our 10:00–15:00 collaboration window for project teams and the mission-critical commitments of our support functions. Your goal is to ensure "High Trust" is felt universally, whether someone is in a core-hour role or a 24/7 support function.
- Architect of Mastery: Lead our investment in people. From training budgets to formal role-based apprenticeships, you will find the intersection where our team grows and PulseHA wins.
- The "Right to Disconnect": You will manage our digital handover protocols, ensuring that when a team member "hands over their SIM," they are truly off-grid and protected from burnout.
